Grosse Point Crisis Club
Celebrating

Leadership

The plans and operations of the Grosse Pointe Crisis Club are managed by an elected board of 12 trustees. Each trustee is elected to a four-year term. Officers, who hold a one-year term, are elected by the board. Crisis cases are processed by a team of case investigators, under the direction of the crisis case director. Other key leadership functions such as event facilitator, membership chairman and legal counsel are served by volunteer members, past officers or trustees.

In addition to performing crisis case investigations, each trustee is expected to lead through example. Fulfillment of such expectations may include chairing an event or raffle, chairing a committee or coordinating volunteer efforts of other members.
